In the past year, the high level of quality of our services for the maritime sector and the professionalism of our employees were assessed by representatives of several classification institutions.
In February, the auditors of the Italian classification society RINA confirmed our competence in the field of:
- surveys and maintenance of fire extinguishing equipment and systems,
- surveys and maintenance of self-contained breathing apparatus,
- inspection, testing and drying of pressure bottles,
- maintenace of portable fire extinguishers and weighting of CO2
In the same month, we successfully passed the audit of Bureau Veritas, obtaining certificates of approval for the services we provide as inspection, maintenance and test of self-contained breathing apparatuses and inspection and maintenance of the fire extinguishing / fire detection equipment and systems aboard ship or mobile offshore units classed with the Society.
In July and August, Lloyd’s Register and DNV-GL approved our company as a provider of services in the field of:
- inspection and maintenance of fire-extinguishing equipment and systems,
- survey and maintenance of self-breathing apparatus and emergency escape breathing devices.
Moreover, in August, representatives of the ABS classification society awarded us a certificate of a recognized external specialist in the same scope of services. On the other hand, in December, we positively passed the audit of the Polish Register of Shipping, obtaining approval certificates for periodical overhauls, maintenance and repairs of the fixed fire-extinguishing systems based on CO2, halon and halon replacements, water (water mist, sprinkler and pressure water spraying), foam (including checking the quality of foam concentrate) and dry chemical powder.
We have also raised our employees individual qualifications during trainings organized by fire equipment suppliers for maritime sector. They obtained, among others, competence in the field of service and maintenance of 3M Scott Safety devices.
All of the above activities are dictated by the desire to provide services of the highest standard. We want to assure our customers that they entrust their safety to the best specialists.
